Rob and Karin have regularly been travelling together to Europe since 1999. We live in Denver, Colorado, with our two teenage boys, who also have a love for travel. In 2019, we took our family to 13 countries and continue to prioritize travel as an important part of our lives.

We owned a retail cheese shop in Denver’s Cherry Creek for 13 years, a cheese and wine restaurant for 10, and a European travel business taking small groups to France and Italy until 2020. Rob is a classically trained chef with decades of experience in some of the best restaurants in the United States. Karin’s focus before our businesses was in hospitality, but she also worked in kitchens and is a sommelier. We speak several languages. Currently, Rob is working for the United States Post Office and Karin is an accountant for the State of Colorado.

This is our new business, Epicure Tour. Our travel style is fun and flexible while still being purposeful. We foster environments where spontaneous connections can be made that more structured large tour groups often inhibit. We find when traveling, adaptability becomes a key for happiness and meaningful moments. With our extensive experience with food and travel, we truly enjoying guiding others and creating memories to last a lifetime.
